A seated, intimate multi-course dinner experience with tableside storytelling, thoughtfully paired cocktails, and design elements that evoke nature, memory, and modernity.

MAMA IN THE KITCHEN

MAMAintheKitchen was born from a belief that taste equals memory—a value passed down from my 婆婆 (grandma). What began as a way to share comforting, home-cooked flavours in 2016 grew into a line of nostalgic chili oils and condiments, crafted to bring a little taste of home to every table.

Josh Dunn is the bar manager for Food & Beverage at Hotel Belmont and the creative force behind cocktail programs across Vancouver, including the renowned La Terrazza. With a sharp palate and a passion for storytelling through spirits, he crafts drink menus that are both elevated and approachable.
